  • Guide the build out and design of award-winning websites for top luxury real estate agents
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their first 4-8 weeks with the company
  • Build relationships with clients by understanding their business, brand, and vision
  • Translate client vision into actionable steps for internal teams
  • Manage projects and guide clients through the onboarding process
  • Master internal product, processes, and tools to deliver high-quality website products
  • Provide white-glove client service throughout the onboarding period

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations for a design company
  • Previous success in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Experience coordinating client calls, meetings, and projects
  • Experience serving clients and attending to their needs
  • Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, friendly and sunny disposition
  • Ability to understand and articulate amazing design details to clients
  • Strong communication skills for explaining order of operations, technical complexities, and setting expectations
  • Problem identification and solution proposal skills
  • Proficiency with software and tools for organization and scheduling
  • Ability to maintain high standards for website quality and design
