About the role

What You'll Do

  • Synthesize Information: Onboard new and existing catering partners using the partner-facing Guided Onboarding tool and automation tooling to translate data points into Freedom to create stores.
  • Prioritize: Juggle multiple work streams along with competing stakeholder priorities and SLAs.
  • Uphold: Maintain onboarding requirements that set partners up for success; explain the rationale behind requirements and uphold them internally and externally.
  • Communicate: Work directly with restaurant partners and prospects via phone and email to make every experience easy and efficient.
  • Collaborate: Provide solution-oriented feedback to improve processes and tools.
  • Make an Impact: Drive company goals and support the success of thousands of restaurant partners.
  • Identify, test, and support the implementation of process improvements in team tools.
  • Get Scrappy: Test and implement new processes; remain nimble, solution-oriented, and vocal with feedback.

Compensation & Benefits

  • National total target cash compensation range (base + bonus): $50,872 - $60,848 annually.
