Lead Recruiter - Sales
Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM teams, owning sourcing through close for roles from Associate to Director level. Requires 6+ years of recruiting experience with executive relationship building, strong stakeholder skills, and proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process within Sales and GTM orgs, from initial sourcing to closing candidates
- Ensure seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams across roles from Associate to Director level
- Monitor pipeline health using data to provide updates to partners, identify improvements, and solve recruiting challenges
- Partner closely with stakeholders across the business and proactively communicate role status, process details, market conditions, and progress
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and belonging
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience owning end-to-end recruiting processes at all levels, with strong focus on executive relationship building
- Deep understanding of the recruiting industry, including latest market trends, tools, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of building trust and credibility with candidates and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Metrics-driven mindset leveraging data to understand pipeline health and improve hiring efficiencies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR technologies (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday)
- Passion for building inclusive, diverse teams using various methods to attract top talent and deliver exceptional candidate experience
