About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within MongoDB’s most Strategic Accounts.
  • Drive product adoption, upsells/cross-sells by cultivating strategic relationships with executives and multi-level champions, aligning to their key initiatives and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and the internal sales ecosystem to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas on NWLs, NARR, and PS.
  • Invest in self-development, focusing on skills and attributes for success.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role, or Strategic Account-based selling experience.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS and/or Cloud products/services.
  • Proven track record of overachievement through generating own pipeline and hitting sales targets.
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious teammate with strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology verbally and in writing.
  • Passionate about growing career in database market through sales and tech skills development.
