Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the tech stack and processes to maximize current team output.
  • Monitor market innovations and implement strategies for consistent pipeline generation.
  • Build and iterate on high-performing pipeline generation (PG) culture with strategic, creative, high-intensity values.
  • Flex between strategy and execution, leading by example with call blocks and testing approaches.
  • Demonstrate operational rigor, using data signals with critical thinking for coaching and strategy.
  • Own tracking and analysis of campaigns, sequences, and pipeline efficacy.
  • Deliver consistent pipeline through strategic target account development and personalized scaled plays.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and revenue org for broader campaigns and tactics.
  • Obsess over team professional growth, personalized management, coaching, accountability, and feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of business development management experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies with track record of delivering pipeline goals and managing high-performing BDR/SDR teams.
  • Tremendous grasp of GTM tech stack and passion for incorporating emerging technology.
  • Student of industry trends, technology, and AI.
  • Experience selling or supporting technical products with horizontal applications, capturing specific audience attention.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep ownership mindset for solving hard problems.

Compensation

  • OTE Range: $180,000-$225,000 (base salary plus equity, premium health and wellness benefits).
