Head of HRM, GTM
Own end-to-end GTM motion for Human Risk Management (HRM) product line including revenue, pipeline, positioning, and field execution at a high-growth cybersecurity startup. Drive net new ARR, NDR, competitive positioning, and demand generation while serving as the face of HRM to CISOs.
What You Will Do
- Drive net new ARR and NDR through current customer expansion
- Assess win rates against the incumbent
- Advise the AE and CSM sales motion specific to HRM
- Drive competitive positioning across battle cards, demo narratives, and deal-desk strategy, and close the field-intelligence loop back to Product Marketing
- Build the demand engine that feeds the funnel: cross-sell into the existing Doppel DRP base, partner with Marketing and BDR leadership on outbound campaigns, and own conversion from MQL through closed-won
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or GTM
- Track record of carrying and hitting a number on a new or category-defining product line
- Comfortable being the face of HRM in front of CISOs every week, and operating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering at the pace of a high-growth company
- Has an ownership mentality that can operate with high agency and the ability to quickly problem-solve
- Excellent communication and can work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, engineering, and product
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Strongest candidates will have sold or led Go-To-Market at a Human Risk Management, Security Awareness Training, phishing simulation, red teaming, or phishing defense company

- $150k-$175k base salary, on-target $300k-$350k OTE
