Responsibilities

Lead Brand Platform Stewardship

  • Own and evolve brand positioning and messaging architecture.
  • Champion cultural platform rooted in autonomy, dignity, flexibility, and challenger energy.
  • Serve as primary steward of brand narrative.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on storytelling alignment.

Drive Integrated Campaign Leadership

  • Lead cross-channel brand campaigns.
  • Define brand media strategy and investment.
  • Drive integrated planning across channels.

Build Cultural Relevance

  • Identify cultural moments, partnerships, and creators.
  • Ensure credible cultural participation.

Lead Agencies and External Partners

  • Manage creative, media, PR, influencer partners.
  • Drive strong briefs and accountability.

Strengthen Cross Functional Integration

  • Partner with Creative, Lifecycle, Product, Performance Marketing, Analytics, and Sales.

Own Measurement and Optimization

  • Operationalize brand measurement framework.
  • Define KPIs for awareness, trust, usage lift.

Manage Budget and Strategic Planning

  • Own brand budget and develop annual strategy.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in brand or integrated marketing with ownership of brand investment.
  • Proven leader in building/scaling brand platforms in challenger/high-growth categories.
  • Experience leading large-scale campaigns across paid, earned, owned channels.
  • Strong media strategy and full-funnel integration knowledge.
  • Track record managing agencies.
  • Strategic thinker linking brand to growth and CAC efficiency.
  • Culturally fluent cross-functional operator.
  • Telecom/consumer tech/app-first experience preferred.
