About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the visual identity: define and evolve the Intro brand aesthetic across every touchpoint.
  • Lead creative excellence with exceptional taste, craft, and high bar for visual excellence.
  • Execute high-volume creation of assets for paid ads, organic social, lifecycle marketing, blog, and web.
  • Develop visual formats for organic social blending typography, motion, and AI-assisted art.
  • Drive performance creative for marketing, iterating on thumb-stopping formats while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Build and maintain a world-class brand system for scaling.
  • Use AI design and automation tools to accelerate ideation and production.
  • Apply aesthetic to landing pages and product/UX extensions.
  • Collaborate with CEO and team to translate business goals into visual stories.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand design or art direction, focused on premium brands.
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Expertise in AI design tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Midjourney) as core workflow.
  • Portfolio demonstrating elevated visual storytelling.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with video: editing, VFX, motion graphics.
  • UX skills: product design, prototyping, coding.

Compensation

  • $165,000 – $210,000
  • Equity options in venture-backed startup.
