About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own high-priority initiatives from initial concept through execution and measurable outcomes
  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive the company’s most important priorities
  • Launch and scale new products, partnerships, specialties, functions, and other strategic initiatives
  • Create the processes, operating mechanisms, and systems that help the company scale more effectively
  • Step into high-leverage problems wherever they emerge, developing the context and expertise needed to drive them forward

Requirements

  • Track record of taking ownership and driving outcomes in demanding environments (founder, 0→1 operator, investor, product manager, or high-performance role)
  • Comfort operating without a playbook; naturally look for ways to use technology, data, and AI to solve problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication for internal debates and external relationships
  • Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
  • High NPS with former teammates

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience as a founder, 0→1 operator, investor, or product manager

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $170,000–$250,000
