About the role

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire deal process: vet partners, negotiate terms, internal buy-in, compliance/regulatory approvals, GTM support post-launch.
  • Navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks for new payment rails and markets with internal/external support.
  • Define KPIs and growth targets with product team to measure partnership success.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop new product offerings for industry leadership and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract amendments and renewals as partnerships evolve.

What You Need

  • Minimum 7+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking or Product Management.
  • Experience in payments, treasury, or banking focused on international/cross-border payments.
  • Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, good product sense.
  • Drive to execute with speed.
  • Strong collaborator building internal and partner relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills emphasizing partner value.
  • Willing to travel internationally as needed.
