Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area
Regional Sales Manager responsible for developing business plans, managing the full sales cycle, articulating Cribl's telemetry value proposition to security and IT leaders, forecasting, and consistently hitting enterprise sales targets in the Bay Area territory. Requires 4+ years quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience, proven new logo acquisition, and channel sales background.

Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
- Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO
- Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote-first, multi-timezone environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s)
- Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization <1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout career
- Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and ability to run a complex sales process
- Experience selling through a channel led motion
- Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions
- Background using MEDDIC

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000 USD
In addition to base salary, eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). Benefits include health, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays and PTO, fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity.
