About the role
Responsibilities
Build event calendar from scratch, balancing trade shows, hosted events, partner events, and webinars based on business priorities and budget.
Manage contracts, logistics, vendor relationships, booth design, and on-site execution.
Create clear event briefs, assign responsibilities across teams, and keep complex multi-stakeholder projects on track.
Design pre-event campaigns, audience segmentation, and post-event nurture workflows to maximize pipeline.
Build relationships with sales leadership, partner teams, product marketing, and external vendors.
Requirements
4-7 years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation with significant events component, including at least 2 years at a B2B SaaS company.
Data-driven decision making using pipeline data, lead quality analysis, cost-per-lead metrics, and ROI analysis.
Experience owning full lifecycle of events from strategy and budget to logistics and post-event analysis.
CRM and marketing automation proficiency for setting up campaigns, tracking leads, and building attribution reports.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience at Seed > Series B startup in devtools space.
Familiarity with webinar platforms and virtual event production.
Experience with ABM event strategies.
Graphic design or creative direction skills for booth and event collateral.
Experience with public speaking or moderating panel discussions.
