About the role

What You'll Do

Strategy

  • Own positioning across customer segments including broker-dealers, RIAs, global banks, and fintechs
  • Develop messaging frameworks, persona research, and competitive analysis
  • Inform every campaign with insights from market research

Design & Brand

  • Own visual identity and brand presence across the site, decks, social, and product surfaces
  • Work with design teams to maintain high standards for all external materials

Content & Demand

  • Translate technical capabilities into narratives for traders, advisors, compliance officers, and other ICPs
  • Ship campaigns, customer case studies, launch material, and exec content that drive qualified pipeline

Field & Events

  • Set strategy for industry events (Fixed Income Leadership Summit, Tiburon, FIA, SIFMA)
  • Drive client dinners, salon roundtables, and product launches in NYC and key client cities

Requirements

  • Built positioning and brand frameworks at a B2B company
  • Written copy, briefed designers, and shipped campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong taste and high bar for content, design, and storytelling
  • Willingness to learn fixed income and capital markets deeply
  • Founder-level ownership: drive function, propose budget, set strategy, and ship

Nice-to-Haves

  • 4–8 years in marketing with exposure to product marketing or startup GTM work
  • Background in financial services, capital markets, or B2B fintech infrastructure
  • Portfolio of personally shipped work (positioning, copy, brand systems, campaigns)
