Product Marketing Leader - Innovation & Experimentation

Leads experimentation-focused product marketing, shaping positioning, segmentation, pricing, and go-to-market motions for emerging products. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, cross-functional alignment, and AI-enabled growth experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution across product areas, partnering with Growth, Product, and Marketing on segmentation, pricing, and GTM motions.
  • Synthesize market research, customer insights, usage data, and cross-functional input to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans and drive high-quality GTM execution.
  • Align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams around shared goals, execution, and accountability.
  • Build new processes and systems for emerging initiatives.
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and lead ongoing optimization.
  • Foster insight-driven thinking, collaboration, and results.

Requirements

  • Experience shaping GTM strategy in ambiguous, ambitious environments, including 0-to-1 products, new markets, or new motions.
  • Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Deep experience with customer segmentation, positioning, pricing, and GTM planning.
  • High AI fluency, including the ability to build AI systems and develop AI-enabled ways of working.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in SMB, fintech, HR, benefits, payroll technology, or complex multi-audience businesses.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Cash compensation: $190,000–$235,000 per year in Denver and Phoenix/Scottsdale; $220,000–$275,000 per year in San Francisco and New York.
  • Full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs).
  • Hybrid employees generally work from the office approximately 2–3 days per week or more, depending on the role.
