Responsibilities
- Own the journey from business strategy and product development through go-to-market planning and execution.
- Identify business challenges where AI agents and automation can create meaningful value.
- Lead projects from concept through implementation, coordinating stakeholders and delivery.
- Design and own end-to-end AI and automation solutions tailored to business needs.
- Build and deploy AI agents and workflow automations using modern AI platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Engineering teams to deliver new initiatives effectively.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth technology startup, top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or similar.
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from idea through execution.
- Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Ability to work independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Strong ownership mentality and bias to action.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI agents or workflow automations.
- Familiarity with n8n, Make, Zapier, Relevance AI, Lindy, or similar tools.
- Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-powered applications.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Experience in a founder's office, startup, venture studio, or innovation role.
