Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end technical solutions addressing customer pain points.
- Solicit feedback from customers and colleagues and improve products through rapid iteration.
- Lead solutions from high-level system design and prototyping through application development and data integration.
- Work with Palantir products, open-source technologies, and custom-built tools to create customer impact.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects in small teams.
- Discuss architecture with engineers, manage large-scale data, develop custom web applications, engage customer executives, and establish team strategy.
- Travel 25–75%; requirements vary by location and team.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background; relevant experience or study in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- At least 1 year of relevant post-college work experience.
- Strong coding ability in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
- Understanding of how technical decisions affect users.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to work in rapidly changing environments with dynamic objectives and iterative user feedback.
- Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance.
