About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into Orthotic & Prosthetic (O&P) clinics, Podiatry practices, Physical Therapy centers, and independent DME providers across the country.
  • Drive high-volume outreach (60–80 calls/day) to providers across the US.
  • Navigate front-desk gatekeepers and speak credible clinical and business language to doctors, practice managers, and revenue leads.
  • Pitch practice economics: discuss denials, workflow efficiency, profit margins, and how Hike helps providers see more patients and reduce rejected claims.
  • Qualify real pain points: diagnose referral processes, intake/documentation time loss, and current lab relationships to create wedges for Account Executives.
  • Evangelize the Hike platform, demonstrating AI-driven intake, compliant documentation, and PDAC-approved custom devices.
  • Book 15+ qualified demos per month for Account Executives.
  • Manage a high volume of leads in HubSpot with rigorous follow-up.
  • Provide market feedback to Marketing on effective messaging for O&P professionals and Podiatrists.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally selling AI, software, or into medical practices, dental offices, independent pharmacies, or similar owner-operated businesses.
  • Think like an owner and sell like a strategic partner.
  • Poised and relentless: navigate objections, phone trees, and front-desk staff professionally; earn calls from decision-makers.
  • Coachable and curious: willing to learn clinical basics (e.g., pronated vs. supinating foot), medical reimbursement, and denial processes.
  • High motor: energetic, organized, able to manage a pipeline of hundreds of providers.
  • High-velocity outreach and pipeline management skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling into clinical executives and clinic owners.
  • Familiarity with O&P, podiatry, or DME workflows.
