Senior Manager, Partner Solutions Engineering
Leads and scales a globally distributed Partner Solutions Architecture organization supporting GSIs and other strategic partners in delivering cloud security services. Requires extensive solutions architecture experience, technical team leadership, executive engagement, and hands-on expertise across major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, develop, and coach a high-performing global team of Partner Solutions Architects.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across cloud security technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Build relationships with senior GSI and CSP partner sales leaders and drive joint business success.
- Develop and oversee technical enablement programs so partners can scope, sell, and deliver solutions independently.
- Partner with sales leaders to incorporate the platform into strategic go-to-market opportunities and build related services practices.
- Establish best practices, methodologies, and technical frameworks to improve the quality and consistency of partner-delivered services.
- Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and drive operational accountability using metrics and systems such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering leadership to share best practices, align direct and partner-led engagements, and provide product feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Partner Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar functions in a global SaaS or cloud security organization.
- 5+ years of experience developing, managing, and coaching technical teams.
- Experience recruiting, retaining, developing, and coaching globally distributed technical teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, including the ability to influence C-level executives, partner leaders, and internal stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including GSIs, CSPs, regional SIs, VARs, and MSPs.
- Strong technical leadership skills and willingness to remain hands-on with technology.
- Hands-on understanding of cloud security, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, networking, cloud identity and access management, containers, and CSPM/CNAPP solutions.
- Experience deploying team enablement programs and driving accountability through metrics and operational systems.
- Detailed understanding of managed services from technical, commercial, and operational perspectives.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures and scaling programs globally.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with traditional CSPM, CNAPP, or cloud infrastructure security solutions.
- Technical SaaS selling experience.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, including Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Experience in Partner Program Management or Services GTM Strategy.
Compensation
- Base salary: $214,900–$240,100 USD annually.
- Compensation also includes bonus, equity, and benefits.
