Senior Solutions Architect, Customer Lake
The Solutions Architect will lead pre-sales architecture, demonstrations, and proofs of concept for Customer Lake, advising marketing and data executives on customer data, CDP, Lakehouse, and agentic AI solutions. The role requires at least five years in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting and hands-on cloud data architecture experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for strategic customer implementations involving customer data and marketing projects, from architecture and data engineering through identity resolution, audience activation, and agent deployment.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to drive Customer Lake adoption from Customer 360 development through CDP augmentation or replacement.
- Advise CMOs, MarTech leaders, data engineering executives, and marketing and analytics teams on Customer Lake architecture and adoption.
- Lead workshops, proof-of-concept execution, and customer-facing enablement collateral.
- Translate field insights into product and engineering roadmap recommendations.
- Serve as the tier-three escalation point for complex, mission-critical customer data environments.
- Establish and improve sales qualification and POC intake processes.
- Build internal and external partnerships, mentor others, and drive thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles influencing technical executives and driving customer data, marketing strategy, and product adoption.
- 2+ years implementing modern data estate, CDP, and Lakehouse architectures for data and AI applications.
- Experience designing and implementing marketing and customer-engagement solutions involving identity resolution, segmentation, personalization, next-best action, and agentic AI workflows.
- Experience facilitating executive stakeholders and aligning technology strategy with business value and ROI.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
- Experience working with global system integrators and third-party consulting organizations.
- Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including cloud-native data ingestion, activation, and governance.
- Deep experience with customer data and marketing analytics, plus familiarity with data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML personalization, data governance, or streaming.
- Undergraduate degree or higher in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering.
Compensation
- Base salary or on-target earnings range: $219,100–$301,300 USD.
- Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
