Director, Product Management - Cloud Security and Shared Capabilities

Responsibilities

• Run and grow multiple product lines to meet revenue and business targets, with the goal of building a multi-hundred-million-dollar annual business.
• Lead and own product strategy and roadmaps for accountable security product lines, aligning them with revenue and business goals and delivering compelling differentiation and customer value.
• Ensure predictable roadmap execution across direct and partner teams.
• Analyze and develop pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue.
• Drive go-to-market strategy with sales, sales engineering, channels, marketing, and customer success partners.
• Represent the product as the product leader to industry analysts, the press, and customers.
• Manage and grow manager and individual-contributor Product Managers.
• Promote learning and collaboration across product management and the broader organization.
• Raise the bar for product management leadership in strategy development, roadmap planning and execution, go-to-market, and product leadership.

Requirements

• Experienced product management leader with demonstrated business growth and customer adoption success in the CNAPP market.
• Experience driving shared platform capabilities serving multiple products.
• Experience directly managing product management teams and mentoring talent into sustained high performers.
• Demonstrated success developing go-to-market programs and achieving targets with cross-functional partners.
• Strong cross-functional alignment and organizational leadership skills.
• Expertise in pricing and packaging strategies.
• Highly customer-centric, with the ability to champion customer needs across the customer lifecycle.
• Prior software engineering or security engineering experience, or demonstrated technical knowledge sufficient to discuss technical concepts with customers and engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including presenting to executive, technical, non-technical, and external analyst audiences.
• Strong analytical aptitude and the ability to synthesize market, competitive, usage, pipeline, and other data.
