Staff Product Manager
Staff Product Manager responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and launching new credit-market products for a DeFi lending protocol. The role requires zero-to-one product experience, knowledge of crypto or finance, regulatory product experience, and strong strategic communication.

Responsibilities
- Own Morpho’s strategy for expanding into new credit markets, creating a framework to size and sequence opportunities.
- Evaluate net-new markets such as custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit, and credit card receivables using market data and competitive dynamics.
- Identify institutional needs across use cases and industries to determine which problems Morpho should solve for each loan type.
- Partner with protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing, and legal teams to determine where to build versus partner and launch new loan categories.
- Design and run proof-of-concepts with new counterparty types, then scale proven models across markets.
- Assess regulatory, compliance, and registration requirements and incorporate them into market prioritization.
Requirements
- Proven experience taking products from zero to one in greenfield markets.
- Experience in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech, with a working understanding of credit markets.
- Experience shipping products subject to regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to create clarity and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Fast synthesis and ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar industries and markets.
