Responsibilities
- Architect and steward product strategy for an AI agent platform.
- Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.
- Write detailed product requirements and partner closely with product engineering and machine learning teams.
- Validate and prototype ideas rapidly with customers and design partners.
- Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute work autonomously.
- Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks to improve reliability and performance.
- Use data to uncover patterns and answer product and system questions.
- Evolve the AI product portfolio based on model capabilities and system architecture.
- Communicate complex concepts across system behavior, evaluations, user experiences, and business impact.
- Synthesize stakeholder feedback across departments.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of Product Manager experience.
- Demonstrated experience launching customer-facing AI products or agent systems that take meaningful actions on behalf of users.
- Experience building products from scratch and achieving meaningful customer outcomes.
- Experience operating in ambiguous startup environments with rapid iteration.
- Strong technical ability and ability to work deeply with engineering and ML teams.
- Ability to read evaluations, reason about system performance, and prototype ideas.
- Hands-on experience building with modern AI systems and familiarity with AI tools.
- Experience embedding with early customers and understanding workflows firsthand.
- Strong product judgment, first-principles thinking, collaboration, and builder mentality.

- Experience with forward-deployed environments or customer-embedded product development models.
- Experience designing systems that orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute workflows autonomously.
Compensation and Benefits
- ATS-listed salary range: $210,000–$250,000.
- Posted compensation range: $180,000–$210,000.
