Staff Product Manager, Credit
Staff Product Manager owning the growth and health of Plaid’s consumer reporting network and consent experience. Requires 5+ years of product management experience, fintech lending product ownership, growth product expertise, and deep knowledge of the lending lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Own and accelerate the growth and health of the CRA network.
- Drive credit initiatives across the broader Plaid network.
- Own the consumer consent user experience, including conversion and improvements.
- Build trust through the CRA consumer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience building and owning a lending product at a fintech.
- Experience working on a growth product, especially a network product.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end lending process, from acquisition through originations to servicing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for product prioritization across the broader organization.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on a bureau or alternative bureau product.
- Experience owning and working with consumer-permissioned data.
- Founder experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $207,600–$306,600.
- Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission.
- Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
