Staff Product Manager, Ads Signals
Staff Product Manager responsible for the strategy and roadmap of advertiser-facing ad-signal onboarding and management products, including pixels, CAPI, and MMP integrations. Requires 6+ years of product management experience in advertising technology and strong knowledge of performance advertising, data governance, and privacy.

Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, partnerships, and roadmap for signals from pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
- Advocate a clear vision for the signals space with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Improve advertiser-facing onboarding and signal-management products for setup, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing management.
- Strengthen signal ingestion, normalization, retention, and unified storage foundations.
- Build validation and debugging frameworks to help advertisers and internal teams identify and resolve signal-quality issues.
- Partner with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights, and Reporting teams to define signal activation and quality thresholds.
- Define measurable goals for onboarding success, signal quality, coverage, usability, and business outcomes; use data to prioritize and improve product performance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience, including launching and scaling advertising-platform products.
- Experience managing ad technology products through the full product lifecycle, including advertiser-facing onboarding or management experiences.
- Hands-on product experience with data-connection products such as pixels, CAPI, and MMPs.
- Deep understanding of the performance advertising ecosystem.
- Working knowledge of advertising data governance, privacy choices, legal compliance, and evolving regulations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building signal validation, debugging, quality, normalization, retention, or unified-storage capabilities at scale.
- Experience connecting signal-quality and activation improvements to advertiser satisfaction, engagement, and return on ad spend.
- Comfort operating amid changing partner, strategy, and product priorities.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $217,000–$303,900 USD.
- Equity in the form of restricted stock units; certain positions may also be eligible for commission.
