Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, quality, and success metrics for major Workflow Efficiency initiatives.
- Evolve workflow roles, tasks, assignments, and approval state into a reliable foundation for customer-facing functionality, reporting, and AI-powered experiences.
- Design and build AI agents that streamline workflow execution and reduce human approvals and reviews.
- Build front-end experiences that help users track contracting work, understand dependencies, track internal turns, and identify blockers.
- Improve workflow activity, intelligence, approval data accuracy, explainability, cycle-time metrics, and status visibility.
- Make consequential technical decisions and align Engineering, Design, Data, AI, GTM, executives, and partners through influence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including staff-level ownership of a technically complex product area.
- Track record of shipping customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong UX understanding.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, workflow products, approvals, task management, collaboration systems, or products involving state, permissions, and routing.
- Real-world experience with LLM-based systems and AI-assisted workflow experiences.
- Fluency with APIs, data models, event-driven systems, workflow engines, and platform dependencies.
- Strong quantitative judgment and experience defining metrics, instrumentation, and feedback loops.
- Excellent customer empathy, written communication, and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, making tradeoffs, and maintaining momentum across a broad product surface.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $216,000–$270,000 annually.
