Senior Product Manager, Auth0 AI and Identity Products

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the identity and AI product strategy for Auth0’s AI portfolio, focusing on secure identity solutions such as Auth0 for AI Agents.
  • Identify tactical integration opportunities and ecosystem partnerships that secure agentic workflows and deliver value to developers.
  • Define, prototype, and launch new identity features for AI applications, balancing rapid experimentation with production-grade security and standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to translate product vision into technical requirements and manage the backlog.
  • Gather feedback from developers and early adopters to identify security and identity pain points in AI implementations.
  • Strategize and implement emerging identity and AI standards, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), Dynamic Client Registration (DCR), Client-Initiated Backchannel Authentication (CIBA), and Client ID Metadata Documents (CIMD).
  • Partner with product marketing, developer relations, and sales on launches, technical enablement, documentation, and messaging.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience with B2B SaaS and developer-facing products.
  • Strong understanding of OIDC, SAML, MCP, CIMD, mutual TLS (mTLS), and CIBA.
  • Deep understanding of the emerging agent ecosystem and the ability to write code, use APIs and SDKs, and build prototypes.
  • Experience defining and shipping API and SDK products for developers.
  • Demonstrated success building and launching products, features, or programs from scratch and scaling technical roadmaps.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to translate developer pain points and security requirements into integrated product experiences.
  • Comfort working with API specifications, data schemas, identity standards, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and communicate technical architectures, developer workflows, and product value clearly.
  • Passion for AI and secure identity.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary range in Canada: $146,000–$200,200 CAD.
