Own the Agreement Data Platform that underpins Wrapbook’s payroll engine, defining its data model, operator tooling, interfaces, and governance. Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and vision for the Agreement Data Platform, aligning customer and operator needs with company priorities.
- Define entities, attributes, and relationships for union agreements, signatories, job classifications, wage tables, scale rates, and agreement rules.
- Build operator-led administration tooling, validation, and self-service capabilities so contract administrators can configure and maintain agreements without engineering tickets.
- Define explicit APIs and data-service contracts, and communicate model changes to dependent teams.
- Partner with engineering on migration from the legacy job-classification model, Lookup Service extraction, and rule explainability.
- Collaborate with teams across hiring, onboarding, project setup, payroll calculations, contributions, timecards, reporting, client operations, and labor relations.
- Define success metrics, use data to prioritize work, and measure impact.
- Advocate for accuracy, compliance, and traceability in payroll calculations.
- Drive product execution from discovery through launch.
- Use AI tools, LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, and AI workflows in daily product work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or a similarly complex technical environment.
- Meaningful experience owning platform, infrastructure, or data-platform products.
- Strong technical orientation and ability to reason about data models, service boundaries, integrations, and data flows.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy with measurable outcomes and take initiatives from concept to launch.
- Daily experience using AI tools, LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, and AI workflows.
- Experience owning products with broad cross-team dependencies.
- Excellent written communication, including clear specifications and data contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to learn complex domains quickly.
- Ability to use SQL, Pendo, Omni, or Snowflake to uncover insights and inform decisions.
- Bias toward action with strong attention to compliance and quality.
Nice-to-Haves
- Payroll, fintech, or entertainment industry experience, particularly in complex compliance or regulatory environments.
- Experience owning a data model, rules engine, configuration platform, or operator-facing internal tooling product.
- Experience building admin panels or self-service configuration surfaces.
- Experience extracting services or establishing enforced interface boundaries in a large codebase.
- Experience building prototypes, internal tools, or workflows with LLMs, MCPs, or AI-assisted development tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $156,500–$241,500.
