Responsibilities
- Define and deliver product features that improve commerce workflows for internal operators and clients.
- Own the product area end-to-end and execute 12–18 month product roadmaps.
- Build intelligent AI agents to automate quoting, billing, and invoicing operations.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across the US West Coast and China in regular cross-border syncs.
- Use data to prioritize work, measure impact, and identify opportunities.
- Develop analytics frameworks to track product health, user engagement, and business outcomes.
- Contribute to medium- and long-term product strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience or other domain-relevant experience.
- Experience leading 12–18 month product roadmaps with engineering and cross-functional partners.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with complex datasets and metrics frameworks.
- SQL proficiency.
- Track record of shipping intuitive user experiences in complex, data-dense domains.
- Experience building user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, commercial teams, and operations teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly regarding tradeoffs and prioritization.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology.
Compensation
- US base salary: $155,520–$194,400 USD, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
