- Define the roadmap and requirements for solving major enterprise customer problems.
- Define MVP experiences and rapidly learn and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Form hypotheses and run experiments using lean methodologies.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products and features critical to growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on release plans and documentation.
- Anticipate and address risks and dependencies across teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering software products in a product management role.
- Deep customer empathy and the ability to conduct effective customer interviews.
- Ability to break down a broad vision into small, deliverable increments.
- Strong backlog prioritization skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with initiative to pursue opportunities beyond current constraints.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $157,000–$252,000.
