Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution for the data platform, third-party integrations, and end-user data enablement.
- Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for the data stack, metrics layers, proprietary data models, and data-user AI capabilities.
- Own third-party integrations across referrals, billing, marketing, and clinical systems.
- Make data quality and reliability product requirements, including validation, monitoring, and alerting.
- Identify where AI and automation add practical value for end users.
- Put analytics, attribution, and segmentation directly in the hands of Marketing, Operations, and Finance without engineering dependencies.
- Balance short-term operational priorities with long-term platform investments and scalability goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, and Operations partners.
- Anticipate dependencies across interconnected systems, drive alignment, and break ambiguous problems into prioritized opportunities.
- Define success metrics, establish measurable goals, and use data to evaluate product impact.
- Break down complex operational and systems challenges into actionable product opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years working on data platforms, data products, or data infrastructure.
- Working fluency with the modern data stack, including ELT, cloud warehousing, transformation, orchestration, BI, semantic layers, and reverse ETL.
- Comfortable reading and writing SQL and reasoning about grain, joins, duplication, and completeness.
- Experience leading complex product initiatives across multiple teams and systems.
- Experience owning metric definitions and governance, including resolving competing definitions across teams.
- Track record of building self-serve data capabilities for non-technical teams and reducing ad hoc request volume.
- Ability to develop product strategy, prioritize effectively, and execute long-term roadmaps.
- Strong interest in AI-driven products and ability to identify practical AI applications.
- Familiarity with automation, large language models (LLMs), and decision-support systems.
- Experience working across interconnected systems and understanding technical dependencies, integrations, and operational trade-offs.
- Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000–$187,000 annually.
