Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution for Payments within the Servicing organization.
- Identify causes of payment failures and lead solutions that improve payment success and borrower outcomes.
- Improve understanding of borrowers’ ability to repay, including thoughtful use of third-party data sources.
- Shape a scalable Payments platform that enables teams across the company to build payment capabilities.
- Balance near-term business impact with long-term investment in reusable platform primitives, technical debt reduction, and new development.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Design, Compliance, and Servicing product leaders.
- Define priorities, success metrics, and a roadmap connecting platform leverage to borrower and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience owning strategy, roadmaps, metrics, and delivery for a technical, transactional, or customer-facing product.
- Experience with payments, money movement, loan servicing, billing, or a related financial product.
- Experience using quantitative analysis to diagnose product problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and guide decisions.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver products, systems, or platform capabilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building or scaling platforms used by internal product or engineering teams.
- Experience increasing leverage from existing systems to drive business impact.
- Experience in consumer finance, fintech, or another regulated industry.
- Experience working with machine learning.
- Experience balancing near-term customer or business outcomes with longer-term platform investment.
- Familiarity with thoughtful use of generative AI in product development, decision-making, or customer experiences.
Compensation and Benefits
- United States anticipated base salary range: $162,100–$224,500 USD.
- Canada anticipated base salary range: $153,000–$190,000 USD.
- Target bonuses, equity compensation, and annual equity grants.
