Senior Product Manager - Integrations

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Limble’s integrations platform, external API, and partner ecosystem for enterprise industrial operations. The role requires 7+ years of product, partnerships, solutions architecture, or integrations leadership, plus hands-on API and integration experience.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own Limble’s integrations strategy and roadmap across ERP, HRIS, inventory/procurement, sensors/IoT, SCADA, and other industrial systems.
  • Identify integration opportunities using market research, competitive analysis, stakeholder feedback, and product strategy.
  • Define, manage, and communicate the roadmap from discovery and prioritization through development and iteration.
  • Own the external API as a product, including roadmap, versioning, developer experience, documentation, and consumer migration.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team on partner enablement, documentation, sample workflows, patterns, and reference architectures.
  • Define when to use Limble-built integrations versus partner-built connectors and establish enterprise standards for reliability, SLAs, scalability, and security.
  • Work directly with the scrum team as the embedded product owner; define workflows, write functional and technical requirements, and drive delivery decisions.
  • Create repeatable integration patterns and frameworks.
  • Manage dependencies with core product and platform teams, negotiate sequencing, and represent integration requirements in architecture and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Partnerships, Solutions Architecture, or Integrations leadership, with ownership of a product roadmap.
  • Experience building integrations and APIs that support a partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, including plants, production environments, maintenance teams, or industrial operators.
  • Ability to conduct independent market research and competitive analysis and translate findings into defensible prioritization decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations, customer and prospect conversations, and engineering-ready requirements.
  • Experience owning external or public API products, including versioning and consumer migration.
  • Hands-on experience defining integration requirements, data mappings, event models, and synchronization designs.
  • Track record of managing cross-team dependencies and aligning peer product managers.
  • Understanding of workflows across ERP, procurement, inventory, and facility or asset management systems.
  • Fluency with AI tools and workflows, with sound judgment about their practical use.
