Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap across the Amplo platform.
- Make prioritization decisions balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Lead discovery with insurance brokers and agency operators to identify unmet needs and validate hypotheses.
- Translate customer insights into roadmap decisions.
- Write clear product specifications and participate in engineering planning and reviews.
- Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful leverage for customers and the platform.
- Design product features with AI as a key element.
- Synthesize input from Sales, Customer Experience, and Support into a coherent product view.
- Define success metrics and own the feedback loop from launch through iteration.
- Communicate product decisions clearly across leadership, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time in a senior or lead capacity.
- Demonstrated AI-native product instincts.
- Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder product areas with significant autonomy.
- Strong written communication skills and a preference for clarity.
- Comfort working in a startup environment with broad scope, evolving priorities, and significant ownership.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or workflow software used by professionals in complex domains.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry.
- Experience as a solo or early-stage product manager at a company with fewer than 100 people.
- Familiarity working alongside a technical CTO or in a deeply technical product environment.
