Responsibilities

  • Gain experience with Cloudflare technology and work with the people who build it.
  • Understand complex technologies, explain them simply, and align solutions to customer problems.
  • Explore real-world uses of AI tools and understand how to deploy them.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to reduce the time technical sales teams need to learn solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives and create relevant, impactful content.
  • Partner with Product Management and Special Projects to improve strategies, products, and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Technical Communication, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Available for a full-time, 12-week internship during the summer, working from the San Francisco office 3–5 days per week.
  • Strong communication, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly without oversimplifying them.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including AI agents, MCP servers, and large language models.
  • Proficiency with operating systems, networking, and Internet technologies such as SSL/TLS, HTTP, and SSH.
  • Ability to write code to solve simple problems.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative cloud services environment.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or product management.

Compensation

  • For Bay Area-based hires: estimated hourly rate of $27.
  • Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
