Responsibilities
New Hire Onboarding, Assessment, and Nesting
Manage the comprehensive Enrollment Specialist onboarding program, including company onboarding and job-specific enrollment workflows and operations training.
Lead live, virtual training sessions throughout onboarding and ramp-up.
Develop clear, engaging materials for virtual and live training.
Create knowledge checks, assignments, and evaluations to assess knowledge retention and graduation readiness.
Provide targeted coaching to close skill gaps before full ramp.
Ongoing Education and Learning & Development
Partner with the E&E Team Lead to design, build, and evolve ongoing education programs for Enrollment Specialists.
Facilitate continuing education and professional development training.
Coach and support training coordinators in facilitation and coaching skills.
Enrollment Handbook and Job Aids
Own and maintain the Enrollment Handbook and Learning Management System (LMS).
Create e-learning modules, presentations, SOPs, and job aids.
Partner with subject matter experts to keep training content accurate as products, workflows, and processes evolve.
Support process documentation and knowledge-base updates.
Cross-functional Partnership
Partner with the Enrollment quality team, Enrollment Specialist team leads, and managers to identify training needs and performance trends.
Translate insights into enablement materials and targeted coaching priorities.
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in training curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or medical support.
Experience working within an enrollment team or similar patient-facing administrative healthcare function.
Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and self-paced or virtual training programs.
Familiarity with onboarding processes, especially in regulated environments.
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Education or Healthcare-related fields preferred but not required.
Experience with data, spreadsheets, reports, and measuring training effectiveness.
Ability to collaborate with Enrollment Management, team leads, HR, Compliance, Operations, and IT.
Strong process improvement, communication, listening, facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Non-exempt, full-time position.
Pay rate: $70,000–$80,000 annually.
Must be located within the lower 48 United States due to contractual limitations related to accessing protected health information.
Supports technical marketing by translating complex cloud technologies into customer-facing content, demonstrations, and tools. The internship requires strong communication and analytical skills, familiarity with AI technologies, networking, Internet protocols, and basic coding.
