Accounts Payable, Spend Management Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Monitor Brex card activity for unusual or out-of-policy transactions and follow up with cardholders.
- Maintain records of cardholders, spending limits, and account changes.
- Review expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy.
- Identify policy violations, missing receipts, and miscoded expenses; follow up to resolve discrepancies.
- Help maintain and clarify expense policy documentation.
- Monitor cloud and compute-related spend, including Anthropic and OpenAI transactions, and help migrate non-sanctioned spend into approved accounts.
- Track department budgets against actual spending.
- Build and maintain reports on spending trends, budget variances, and outstanding items.
- Support month-end close by ensuring card and expense data is accurate and properly categorized.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or a related administrative role; internships count.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and basic data organization.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written communication and comfort following up with employees about policy and documentation.
- Organized and able to manage recurring, deadline-driven tasks independently.
- Trustworthy when handling sensitive financial and payment information.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Brex, Ramp, or a similar corporate card or expense platform.
- Familiarity with expense categorization, accruals, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
Compensation
- ₹570–₹760 INR per hour.
