Requires at least one year of agency-facing notice resolution experience and knowledge of payroll filings and tax reconciliation.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-class service to clients and resolve payroll tax notices.
- Work with federal and state agencies on behalf of clients.
- Research internal systems to identify the causes of notices and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Identify and report system or process gaps that could reduce future notices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll Engineering on preventative resolutions.
- Update internal systems and maintain payroll compliance.
- Document processes and contribute to team building.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working cross-functionally with agencies to resolve notices.
- Experience manually creating original and amended tax returns.
- Experience with tax reconciliation.
- Understanding of payroll payments and filings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organization, process-improvement, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
