Partner Solutions Engineer, EMEA
Leads technical enablement, certification, and pre-sales support for Vercel’s solution and consulting partners across EMEA, with a focus on DACH. Requires deep frontend and Next.js or React experience, partner-facing communication skills, and spoken German or French.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Vercel and Next.js for partner engineering teams and leadership across EMEA.
- Run the regional partner certification program, including certification workshops, project reviews, and guidance for partner engineers.
- Create and deliver technical training and enablement on Next.js and Vercel best practices, including AI applications and agent workloads.
- Deliver technical workshops and author workshop content.
- Run and support partner hackathons.
- Provide pre-sales support, proofs of concept, technical deep dives, and deal unblocking alongside sales and sales engineering teams.
- Serve as the main technical contact for systems integrators and global systems integrators, building relationships with engineering teams and practice leadership.
- Build templates and solutions that equip partner communities with best practices for delivering with Vercel.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer advising or consulting engineering teams.
- 6+ years of experience building and launching frontend applications using Next.js or React.
- Spoken fluency in German and/or French, alongside professional English.
- Experience working with or within agencies, systems integrators, or consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of web architecture, frontend development, and serverless computing.
- Experience in developer relations, including training sessions, talks, and technical content production.
- Experience driving adoption of web technology or previous pre-sales experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with globally distributed cross-functional teams.
- Based in EMEA and able to travel 20% of the time.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered or agentic applications, ideally with the AI SDK.
- Fluency in both German and French.
- Experience running certification, training, or enablement programs at scale.
- Experience with composable architectures, including headless CMS, commerce, search, and analytics.
