Responsibilities
- Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate them into user stories.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on product planning, design, execution, and delivery against defined success metrics.
- Develop, communicate, and build support for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and growth.
- Conduct regular data-driven business reviews analyzing product execution and revenue or market outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and product strategy leadership.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions, executive buy-in, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing and collaborating across levels and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding, with the ability to balance detailed analysis and broader goals.
- Initiative, ownership, and accountability for managing ambiguous and complex priorities.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience building products or services related to APIs and developer experience.
- Experience working in a regulated ecosystem.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay, generous time off, parental and wellness leave, healthcare, retirement savings, and other benefits; offerings vary by location.
- Based in British Columbia: $145,840.00–$182,300.00 CAD.
- Target bonus: 15%.
- Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.
