Staff Product Manager

Owns Senders and Numbers products, creating streamlined onboarding experiences while maintaining telecommunications compliance. The role requires 8+ years of SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS product management experience, strong analytical and technical skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate them into user stories.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on product planning, design, execution, and delivery against defined success metrics.
  • Develop, communicate, and build support for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and growth.
  • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews analyzing product execution and revenue or market outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and product strategy leadership.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions, executive buy-in, and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing and collaborating across levels and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding, with the ability to balance detailed analysis and broader goals.
  • Initiative, ownership, and accountability for managing ambiguous and complex priorities.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building products or services related to APIs and developer experience.
  • Experience working in a regulated ecosystem.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay, generous time off, parental and wellness leave, healthcare, retirement savings, and other benefits; offerings vary by location.
  • Based in British Columbia: $145,840.00–$182,300.00 CAD.
  • Target bonus: 15%.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.
