Staff Product Manager, Identity Risk Solutions

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Drug and Occupational Health testing services, using customer discovery, go-to-market input, and data analysis.
- Represent customer needs in product and technical design discussions.
- Track competitor moves and market shifts that affect roadmap priorities.
- Define and drive OKRs, connecting metrics such as attach rate, conversion rate, and RPR to revenue and profit impact.
- Write clear product specifications and PRDs independently.
- Lead operations reviews focused on the right metrics.
- Make implementation trade-offs balancing speed, quality, and customer impact.
- Partner with Finance and GTM on pricing and packaging.
- Lead go-to-market coordination for releases, including enablement, positioning input, and rollout sequencing.
- Communicate roadmap, goals, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Track record of owning strategy and roadmap for a product area with minimal oversight.
- Strong fluency with data and analytics, including metrics such as attach rate, conversion rate, and RPR.
- Experience partnering with Engineering on technical trade-offs, API or platform decisions, and system constraints.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to combine customer insight with GTM and research input.
- Ability to write clear PRDs and specifications independently.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment across GTM, Operations, and Finance.
Compensation and Benefits
- San Francisco, CA: $170,000–$200,000 USD on-target earnings or base salary range.
- Denver, CO: $144,000–$169,000 USD on-target earnings or base salary range.
