Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a core product domain end-to-end, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering leads throughout product development, involving them early in customer conversations and solutioning.
• Engage customers and internal stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear product direction.
• Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
• Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes.
• Help establish Clarium’s product practice, including processes, norms, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong product sense and problem-solving skills, with focus on business and customer value.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and structure ambiguous problem spaces.
• Track record of strong execution in complex environments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience with healthcare technology, enterprise workflows, and complex system integrations.
• Familiarity with driving change within large healthcare organizations.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems.
• Experience building AI-powered products or agentic tooling.
• Experience selling products to major health systems.

Compensation and Benefits

• Target base salary: $160,000–$200,000 annually.
