Staff Product Manager
Own a core domain within Clarium’s healthcare supply-chain platform, leading discovery, product direction, delivery, and iteration. The role requires strong enterprise product judgment, cross-functional execution, and healthcare technology experience, with Epic and AI product experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Own a core product domain end-to-end, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration.
- Partner closely with engineering leads throughout product development, involving them early in customer conversations and solutioning.
- Engage customers and internal stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear product direction.
- Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
- Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes.
- Help establish Clarium’s product practice, including processes, norms, and ways of working.
Requirements
- Strong product sense and problem-solving skills, with focus on business and customer value.
- Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and structure ambiguous problem spaces.
- Track record of strong execution in complex environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience with healthcare technology, enterprise workflows, and complex system integrations.
- Familiarity with driving change within large healthcare organizations.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems.
- Experience building AI-powered products or agentic tooling.
- Experience selling products to major health systems.

Compensation and Benefits
- Target base salary: $160,000–$200,000 annually.
