Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for SaaS Manager’s platform modernization and enterprise readiness initiatives.
- Lead discovery with customers, internal partners, and data to identify high-impact enterprise problems and workflows.
- Sequence data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations, observability, and admin experiences to deliver customer value.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate architecture options, clarify requirements, and translate complex problems into shippable milestones.
- Define success metrics and measure reliability, adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
- Align Product and Engineering teams around priorities, decisions, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Coordinate launches, go-to-market readiness, customer feedback, and ongoing iteration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end strategy and roadmap ownership for B2B SaaS products.
- Technical fluency with integrations, APIs, data pipelines, platform architecture, and enterprise-scale trade-offs.
- Experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success measurement skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or other technically complex enterprise products.
- Experience with third-party SaaS ecosystems and integration patterns such as SSO, SCIM, OAuth, or audit logs.
- Experience with responsible AI-assisted product development.
Compensation and Benefits
- United States: annual base salary of $155,000–$225,000 USD, plus benefits, paid time off, equity, and applicable incentive programs.
- Canada: annual base salary of $172,000–$249,000 CAD, plus benefits, paid time off, equity, and applicable incentive programs.
