Staff Product Manager – IT Go-to-Market

Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy for partner-first go-to-market and partner relationship management (PRM) capabilities.
- Build scalable workflows for partner onboarding, deal registration, attribution, approvals, incentives, and partner operations.
- Drive AI-enabled automation for partner administration and lifecycle management.
- Define integrations among Salesforce, partner platforms, telemetry, and internal systems.
- Improve partner visibility, operational efficiency, productivity, and engagement.
- Define the product vision, roadmap, requirements, success metrics, and adoption strategy for GTM technology platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partner, Customer, Finance, Security, IT, engineering, architecture, and external vendor teams.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and deliver releases in an Agile environment.
- Balance feature development with platform improvements and technical debt.
- Partner with enablement and change-management teams to drive adoption, communicate product changes, monitor KPIs, and support incident or problem management.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
- Experience building or managing PRM, partner operations, channel, or related GTM platforms.
- Strong understanding of deal registration, attribution, partner workflows, partner programs, incentives, and GTM operations.
- Experience with AI-native, custom-built, or Salesforce-based partner ecosystems and integrations.
- Experience translating complex partner requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
- Experience building custom workflow applications, automation platforms, or AI-powered tools.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and customer lifecycle processes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience partnering effectively with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled GTM workflows or automation tools.
- Experience using product metrics and analytics to guide decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $164,000–$323,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
- Additional eligible compensation and benefits may include equity, employee stock purchase program participation, paid time off, parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k), mental health counseling, and health benefits.
