Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platform capabilities supporting shared workflows, technical services, APIs, reliability, scalability, and developer productivity. The role requires 6–10 years of product management experience, including 4+ years managing platform and technical products, plus strong technical and B2B SaaS expertise.

Responsibilities
- Own product definition, execution, and delivery for the Platform product area, including PRDs, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Translate application-team needs into a prioritized platform roadmap.
- Partner with Platform Engineering on scale, reliability, and developer-productivity investments.
- Understand the needs of lenders, portfolio managers, owners, developers, and contractors to identify and solve customer problems.
- Define Platform OKRs and success metrics; prioritize the roadmap based on evidence and desired outcomes.
- Drive zero-to-one initiatives from customer discovery through design, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Present roadmaps, delivery plans, and product demos to internal stakeholders, executives, and customers.
- Partner with GTM teams on go-to-market strategy and adoption of launched capabilities.
- Provide feedback on engineering designs and guide implementation trade-offs.
- Improve collaboration, decision-making, discovery, PRD quality, and launch practices across the PM organization.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of product management experience at growth-stage or scaling technology companies.
- 4+ years managing platform teams and technical products as a Product Manager.
- Strong technical aptitude, including comfort with architecture, technical designs, and feasibility trade-offs.
- Proven zero-to-one product development experience from customer discovery through delivery, with measurable shipped-product impact.
- Experience running product development lifecycle practices across complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations to senior leadership and enterprise customers.
- Deep experience developing B2B SaaS products and navigating enterprise sales cycles.

Compensation
- $165,000–$210,000 USD per year.
- Compensation also includes equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
