What You'll Do
- Own strategic customer relationships from implementation through long-term adoption, growth, and renewal for Ascertain's highest-priority healthcare partners.
- Lead complex implementations, guiding customers through deployment, change management, and operational transformation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, physician leaders, and practice administrators, helping them achieve measurable operational and financial outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and influence product direction.
- Identify opportunities for expansion by uncovering new use cases, demonstrating ROI, and helping customers maximize the value of Ascertain's platform.
- Build scalable playbooks and best practices that improve implementations and establish repeatable success across specialty healthcare organizations.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise healthcare implementations, customer success, consulting, or post-sale delivery within healthcare technology.
- Deep experience supporting cardiology physician groups or cardiovascular service lines.
- Strong understanding of ambulatory practice operations, including prior authorization, referrals, revenue cycle, scheduling, and clinical workflows.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and operational leaders.
- Experience working with ambulatory EHRs such as athenaOne, eClinicalWorks, Epic, NextGen, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, project leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise health systems or large physician organizations and experience implementing AI-enabled workflow automation or healthcare SaaS platforms is a big plus.
