6+ years in internal, executive, or corporate communications, ideally in a high-growth technology company.
A builder who has stood up a function from scratch.
World-class writing and editing skills, including ghostwriting for executives, drafting all-hands, and handling sensitive announcements.
Proven change-management instincts with experience delivering complex news company-wide while maintaining trust.
Sharp judgment under pressure, ability to decide fast, communicate kindly, and uphold quality.
Comfort advising, challenging, and recommending to senior leaders with strong visions.
Deep familiarity with corporate comms rules and a point of view on when to break them.
Comfort using AI tools in workflow, with clear articulation of their application.
