Account Director, Digital Native

Responsibilities

  • Manage approximately a dozen key accounts and develop comprehensive account plans.
  • Lead enterprise prospects from consideration through successful deployment.
  • Partner with solutions and research engineering teams on complex customer programs and projects.
  • Own and forecast consumption revenue targets.
  • Analyze key account metrics and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry, competitor, partner, and customer landscapes to inform product and corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate across solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering.
  • Support teammate recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support company culture development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service.
  • More than 3 years achieving annual revenue targets exceeding $1 million.
  • Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies.
  • Experience supporting fast-growing, high-performance companies.
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience leading high-visibility customer events, including customer advisory boards, conferences, and product launches.
  • Experience gathering, distilling, and processing complex market intelligence.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to build trusted executive relationships.
  • Passion for or deep curiosity about artificial intelligence.
  • Strong systems-building, execution, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
