Staff Product Manager, Programmatic Ads

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for programmatic advertising offerings, aligning with business goals and advertiser needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, partnerships, ad operations, data science, and design to build products that drive advertiser and partner adoption, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Prioritize product initiatives while balancing immediate customer needs with long-term scalability and automation.
  • Develop expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, auction mechanics, and deal types.
  • Deliver features and tools that provide actionable insights, streamlined workflows, and reporting for programmatic buyers and internal teams.
  • Use data and user feedback to prioritize products, track success metrics, and recommend enhancements.
  • Partner with designers to create intuitive interfaces, dashboards, and reporting tools for programmatic workflows.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for programmatic advertising products across the team and partner functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Demonstrated success launching and improving advertising or ad technology products, ideally in programmatic or related areas.
  • Experience building data- and insights-driven products for business users and measurable growth.
  • Practical knowledge of bid requests and responses, auction mechanics, and deal types such as PMP, PG, and Open Auction.
  • Familiarity with workflow or reporting tools for advertisers, agencies, or internal operations teams.
  • Experience partnering with DSPs, SSPs, agencies, or other third-party advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven approach to delivering business impact.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $165,695–$339,078 USD.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • US-based applicants only.
