Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through design, code reviews, and system architecture.
- Define technical roadmaps across Risk and Compliance in partnership with Product and business leadership.
- Set team and individual goals, delegate effectively, provide transparent feedback, and support career growth.
- Establish engineering best practices and promote accountability and automated operational solutions.
- Build scalable systems and team structures to support business growth.
- Define milestones and drive execution and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in India and globally.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on technical experience and strong understanding of technology.
- Experience building scalable products end to end, including small- and large-scale projects.
- Proven engineering team leadership and mentoring experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role and 7–8 years as an individual contributor.
- 8–12 years of total professional experience.
- Strong roadmap planning, execution, collaboration, and coordination skills.
