Responsibilities
- Own Fleetio’s brand system and creative direction across web, campaigns, product surfaces, events, and sponsorships.
- Lead editorial strategy and the content engine, including thought leadership, long-form content, owned research, and always-on content.
- Build organic social and video as ongoing marketing channels.
- Develop earned media strategy with the PR agency, executive visibility programs, awards, and consistent external messaging.
- Turn the 23XI Racing partnership and field presence into year-round content and storytelling.
- Hire, develop, and lead the brand and content team.
- Manage agency relationships, creative operations, and intake and prioritization systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of brand leadership experience.
- 4+ years leading and developing teams.
- Experience taking a B2B brand, ideally SaaS, through a narrative or identity evolution and launching it in market.
- Strong editorial and visual judgment.
- Ability to measure and defend awareness, share of voice, engagement, and content-influenced pipeline metrics.
- Collaborative experience with product marketing, demand generation, events, and customer marketing.
- Experience managing agencies effectively.
- Comfort marketing to fleet managers, technicians, and operations leaders.
Nice to Have
- Sponsorship, partnership, or experiential activation experience in sports, motorsport, or large-scale events.
- Experience building or running an in-house creative studio.
- Challenger-brand or category-creation experience.
- Fluency in content strategy for AI-driven search and answer engines.
